"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "

"It was quiet, the room was clean. The bed sheet had some stains but it could have just been residual. The staff were very helpful, but some guest insisted on smoking in the hallway and stairs. Overall, it’s a good place to stay and affordable. I will stay again. "
