  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

I really enjoyed my stay there, I needed just a quick night's sleep. The bed was comfortable the room was clean it had nice counter space. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. No dishes or anything like that but it was just a really nice day and the staff is amazing.

For the price i expected a bit more. The rooms are basic, furniture needs updating, so the appliances. Nowhere i read i advance that cleanning service is only once a week. Location is great, parking is great. Breakfast is granola bars and cupcakes, but the coffee is good.

The room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet for the most part. I went down at 9:00 AM sharp to grab something to eat but all was left was coffee which was a bummer but yeah the rest was fine!

The property was comfortable and we had a good stay. The one downfall we didn’t like was that it was advertised as grab and go breakfast but showed pics of hardboiled eggs and we were very disappointed when we went to get breakfast. It was only muffins, nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets, and coffee.
