"This was a great location for our family vacation. We really loved being able to walk right down to the main lift from our condo. The condo is clean, and management is so fast to respond to any questions. I recommend paying for access to the main lodge pool / hot tub as they are outside and have great views. My only ask is to put a couple of pillow cases in the closet for use on the pull out sofa bed. We would stay here again!"

"This loft style apartment is in the center of it all in downtown Durango and it's on the first floor so you don't have to haul your stuff upstairs!! It faces the RR tracks and is actually connected to the businesses that front Main St., and it has private off street parking. "We loved this condo. It's a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out of Lift #4 that serves novice terrain. Most condos this close require the kids to sleep on a sleeper sofa, but this condo has a great bunk bed in addition to the queen-size bed, leaving the couch free to sit and use as an actual couch! "Very Good Condo location within Cascade Village. The condo has a great view of the mountains to the east. The unit was very quiet with no road noise or any noise that we noticed from the other units in the building. Garage parking underneath the building is convenient. After check-in, it took a few hours for the radiators to get the heat up to 68 degrees. The condo has a nice fireplace which we used once. Extra wood is in a shed on the garage parking level.
