This beautiful 3-story ski-in/ski-out residence in the heart of Purgatory Resort has much to offer. It is one of the largest and most spacious 4 bed / 4.5 bath luxury homes with private heated garage in Purgatory Resort that sleeps 14. Our home has every creature comfort you will need to call Purgatory a home-away-from-home during your vacation.

Step out the door and right around the corner of the building is the bunny slope that connects you to the main lifts and the resort. You are only steps away from everything Purgatory Resort has to offer year-round Paradise in the San Juan Mountains.

BEST EVER!!! Temperatures were hot down in Durango, but at least 10 cooler up on the mountain. So so glad we chose this condo!! It was perfect for my husband and I, our three daughters and each of their families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bunk room was perfect for the family with three children. The beds were excellent, the kitchen had every spice, pan and appliance we could need, and everything in the entire condo made me feel like we were a personal guest in Mimi‘s home. We were able to sit on the patio enjoying the cool mountain air and played multiple games of Uno as a family. The personal service can not be matched. We definitely would choose this condo again for our next trip to Durango!!!!!!

We have been going to Purgatory for many years, and stayed at many different places. This was the best, clean, fully stocked, great location for the kids lessons and for snowboarding. We would like to come back next year.

Best Vacay Ever!

We took a large group of friends on a Spring Break skiing trip, and this place is amazing. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The property was clean and very well stocked, and the property manager was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. This will definitely be an annual trip from now on!

Ski Trip to Purgatory

What a beautiful property in Purgatory! Location, location, location! The views are amazing. We were with family and friends and had plenty of room to spread out. This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Mimi was wonderful to work with before and during our trip. We highly recommend this property.

We had the best experience at elk point 2! Very accommodating for kids and adults with nice bedrooms/bathrooms as well as a huge bunk room! We loved being steps from the slopes and enjoyed watching everyone ride the lift from the balcony! Mimi was so wonderful to work with and helped with any questions we had. We will definitely book this property again!

Amazing location close to everything!

We had a quick trip up to Purgatory over Labor Day weekend. Mimi was amazing from the moment I booked our vacation. The property was perfect for our group. It is very clean and decorated with high end finishes. We came in very late and it was a special touch to have a few lights left on inside for us. I will definitely be saving this property for future visits to Purgatory.
