"All good but the only concern I’d say is time for check in and check out excessive long. One person at desk and while they assisting another customer, they don’t talk to guest in line there nor offered if guess has quick question or something quick they can assist. I was waiting for luggage in storage room, but I had to wait 40 minutes to have desk person talk to me for less than minute task."

"The room was amazing and the bed has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff were great super helpful and respectful. I love that they send you notifications to you cellphone and allow you to reach out to them with questions while on your stay via text. The private beach is superb and the pool was EVERYTHING!!! "We loved our stay at El Colonial. The check-in was relaxed and flawless and we were greeted with a drink. The balcony with outside tub and shower and a generous seating area was our favorite part of our stay and we loved being on the fourth floor because of the view of Old San Juan. The staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Free coffee, water, wine, beer and rum for the final win. Lovely and in a walkable and great area. "
