Great staff , clean, quiet location when you don’t want to be “in the mix” but close enough to be “in the mix”. Oh yea! They give you a $17 a day credit for their Market Place that’s located in the lobby water snacks juice and soda! Bar staff & drinks top notch!. I really like staying here when in San Juan.

Nice hotel, clean, rooms were large compared to the Holiday Inn we had stayed at a few nights before. I still don't understand the policy about charging me some fee and then giving me credit in the snack bar. The barmaid in the restaurant was super nice. Front desk very pleasant....overall, I'd stay there again.

Other than the exorbitant San Juan hotel prices, no complaints about the property or stay. Nothing fancy, close enough to the convention center to walk to, and good amenities both inside the hotel and nearby.
