Our experience at the Royal Sonesta has been exemplary A gorgeous resort style pool and a beautiful part of PuertoRico beach lovely rooms Great breakfast and bar service and wonderful , , friendly , helpful gracious staff Was there with our little grandchildren and the hotel was very family friendly even bringing the kids pool and beach toys We will be back

The Royal Sonesta is the to go to hotel for us. It is perfectly situated that you can go for a walk and find stores. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially at the buffet and lobby entrance. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Staff was courteous. Pool with a swim up bar on a beachfront truly made this hotel a must stay when in San Juan!
