"The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. This is not hard. "Even before we arrived Filia was so kind and helpful....reminding us there were beach towels in the apartment and everything else we needed so we didn’t have to fill our luggage with such items. "We had a great stay in this pretty apartment In Heraklion. The location is fantastic near everything you need and want to see, and comes with a beautiful water view. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob).
