"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"The hotel was charming, located on a tucked away little street just a short stroll from the Venetian Port. Be aware that there are some stairs to get to the hotel and we were on the 5 th floor with no elevator. "

"Our stay at Azade Chania is beyond amazing. The hotel was built between 1600 - 1700 with a lot of history. Since it's newly renovated, the design is traditional with a modern touch. The rooms are super clean and spotless. We love the location of the hotel although it require few minutes walk from parking area, as located in one of the most beautiful lanes in the old town. We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room.
