Great room overlooking the beach, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice, Sparkling Spa was great. We arrived very late and went to the sister property where we waited half an hour only to learn we were at the wrong place - so be cautious as they have three adjacent properties. Loved the kid-free existence.

I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the facility. The staff was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Stayed here for 6 nights with two friends. Had a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in a separate living room. Large balcony, nice and spacious bathroom, and good comfort and standard throughout the hotel. Nice facilities: great child-free beach, pool area, good breakfast, gym, and more. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here.

The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.

Be advised, Expedia customers. As of 8/10/25, Expedias site incorrectly omitted the fact that this resort is adults only. Other travel sites and the hotel itself are more clears The Porto hotel conglomerate has a family friendly place where we got stuck last minute but it’s not on the beach. It’s a very busy strip and not very relaxing outside of the properties.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms were cleaned every day. Very modern. Our room was a few steps from the pool area. It was great. The restaurant was overlooking the sea and we had amazing breakfast every day. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarket in walking distance. We rented a car because we wanted to visit other parts of Crete. I highly recommend this hotel!

Quite small room. We had a partial sea view room, but could hardly see the sea. The view was to the pool so no point in paying extra for the "sea" view. The room and hotel over all was very clean and tidy.

Fantastisk frukost i vacker miljö. Trevlig personal över lag. Det regnade dock in i restaurangen och i hissarna. Hotellrummen hade undermåliga förvaringsmöjligheter och belysning. Vi hade bokat 3 st deluxe-rum (en hel vecka för en halv förmögenhet) med garden view men två av rummen hade utsikt mot en parkeringsplats. Kylskåpet gick inte att reglera så all dryck inkl burkar frös till is. Personalen trevlig men ett 5-stjärnigt hotell är det definitivt inte.

La struttura non può considerarsi un cinque stelle. Diciamo che credo sia più un 3-4 stelle complessivamente. Camere strutturate in modo strano, non c’è la presa per la corrente in bagno, manco il porta asciugamani. Bisogna lottare per la stanza all’inizio con la reception, in quanto cercano di piazzarti in stanze minuscole o infognate. Buffet poco più che decente, sinceramente ero abituato a molto meglio, in quanto c’è poca roba e spesso sempre la stessa. Mare molto limpido e pulito davanti all’hotel, con tre file di ombrelloni. Attenzione che però gran parte dell’ingresso in acqua ha roccia. Piscina piccolina e strutturata male, in quanto al pomeriggio 3/4 della stessa è all’ombra. Servizio al ristorante discreto, anche se un po’ confusionario. Bellissima però la vista mare mentre si mangia. Complessivamente diciamo una permanenza decorosa, anche se le aspettative dovevano essere altre in un 5 stelle.
