Beautiful room (superior maisonette) with plenty of room for a family of 4. Great pools, particularly in the newer blocks for swimming (lane pool), food was good but not excellent. Entertainment was good, particularly the music quiz, acrobats and Greek night. Drinks service was good too and much better if you do the upgrade package which we did part way through our holiday. Not much going on round the hotel so I’d recommend hiring a car and a visit to Kournas lake to see the turtles.

Hotel was great, well kept and our room had a wonderful view. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Pools were lovely. Reception staff blasé about customer care, food was mediocre and the beer was either flat (restaurant) or too frothy(pool bar) and not particularly cold. They could do with having more sunbeds around the little pool, having sunbeds on grass around the main pool isnt a very clever idea as it ends up digging up the mud with the number of wet feet going over it.

In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before.

Stayed for all inclusive family holiday. Initially thought lunch starting at 1pm was a little late for family with small children but we got used to it soon. Good facility and the room pool made a massive difference to us. Beach is in a good walking distance in the summer heat, too.

Lovely all inclusive hotel

Lovely family holiday, food selection was good, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the only area that could be improved is the grass around the pool, maybe more paving instead of grass which can get a big muddy. Lots of available sun beds both round the pool and near beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing holiday.

Great 4 night stay! Elefteria and Angelina (I think was her name) were very welcoming and upgraded our moms to the loft so they could be closer to us and the grandkids. Very friendly and helpful staff but the food and hotel premise is at 3star resort not a 5star. We highly recommend this place if you’re traveling w kids and large families.

Very enjoyable stay at Kiani beach resort. Rooms are a good size, surroundings are beautiful- mountains one side and sea the other. Dining options in the resort are very good! Lots of lovely options and plenty of Greek qui sine. Drinks are a little disappointing. Would be good to have more fresh juices and non alcoholic options. The beach is lovely - Sandy and wonderful crystal clear waters for swimming. The indoor pools are also very lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It's decent property, room size and condition is great. Overall good experience, only disappointment was food selection in meal. Everyday same stuff.

Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars.

Nice beach, clean see, excellent swimming pools for kids, great animation team our children are still dreaming of that. Beach bar very well orgainsed. Food is really very good. Only negative points: daily cleaning service of the rooms to be improved. Wild cats running arount at the restaurant are not pleasant

I had a wonderful time at this all inclusive resort. I was here for my birthday. The staff decorated my room when I was at lunch, and then made me a cake for after dinner. Wonderful staff. Good choices at meal times, but a little sparse at the snack bars. I got a Cretan massage at the health spa and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, as were the grounds in general. Beautiful big pools. The magic show by Magic Chris on Friday night was excellent. Great fun for kids and adults. Highly recommended.
