Room and breakfast was good. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always said hello when they saw us and asked if everything was ok. The location was a 5 min walk to Old Town which was great. Would stay there again.

This is a beautiful resort! Amazed how big the room is and with the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it’s in a great location to Old Town. I will definitely go back!

The staff were helpful and courteous with providing recommendations for trips and dinners. The daily breakfast was outstanding. The location was ideal, providing a quiet space with a view of the beach within walking distance of Old Harbor. We loved relaxing at the pool bar and sitting on our balcony.

Exceptional experience. The staff left us sweet little notes daily! The room was cleaned several times a day and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and they gave us a few complimentary drinks. Breakfast was also so delicious. From a logistics standpoint this hotel is in a perfect spot. Minutes away from the main strip in Old Town. Lovely time!

Best place to stay in Chania! Our stay at Sansal was absolutely amazing. The hotel is perfectly located near everything and offers Gorgeous views of the water. The reception Renata was absolutely incredible. She was so nice and very helpful. You can tell that she really cared about making sure that my wife and I enjoyed our time not just at the hotel but Chania overall. I highly recommend staying here and I plan to be back!
