Beautiful minimal aesthetic nicely meshed with the historic texture of the property. Professional and kind staff!! Lovely breakfast . Bathroom open shower and clogged drain had many issues including flooding the bathroom which was unfortunate. Also rain shower head was so large in proportion to the shower that it was impossible to stand in the shower without getting totally drenched unless you chose to use the hand held shower . Definitely could be better designed. Finding parking was difficult so not the best if you have a car.

Friendly staff, great location near to the Venetian harbour but away from the noise. Brand new rooms, huge bath, unique architecture and the most amazing restaurant toilets you’ll ever find (Roman ruins beneath your feet through glass!)

Perfect place !

We had an amazing time there. The room was spectacular, staff was great. We had a suite with Jacuzzi which was really grand! A la carte breakfast was nice and fresh. The spa in the main building can be booked privately and was fab, too.

This is one of the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are so welcoming and professional. They gave us recommendations on the best things to do & where to eat in Chania. This hotel is stunning, and is one of the most unique hotels we have stayed at. The staff was always helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the location is really central in Old Town. Parking is difficult if you have a car, but still would say it’s worth it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Chania and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had lovely time in Chania and the hotel is amazing, staffs always smiling and friendly also always greetings every time we passed them. The room is cleaning everyday and the rooftop is beautiful. Easy walk to everywhere. The foods is delicious.
