Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were so amazing and helped us to book many restaurant reservations. Try even helped us book a hire car we could drop at the port to our next island. Would highly recommend also the breakfast included was delicious and we got to try many local delicacies!

What can I say the hotel was excellent along with the amazing views. All the stuff was helpful and sweet. They even offered to make us pack lunch to take with us on our excursion which was at 7am. We did have to inform them night before and they remembered who was vegi too. I would definitely recommend and would be looking to rebook with them. A+++

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.

We loved this property. It is quirky and fun, very different from anywhere we've stayed in the US. The staff were very helpful and nice and breakfast was a great perk. The room pools are beautiful but we didn't see anyone using them. They are very cold. We were there mid September so the days were still very warm. I guess we just thought if they had them then they would be warm enough to use. There is also a very strong scent (industrial air freshener) in the common areas. 95% won't care but for those with sensitivity to strong scents, you may want to take this into consideration or bring allergy medicine, etc. Just a recommendation for the property. We came from Santorini with all the beautiful flowers and landscaping. More flowers, bushes and trees where the rooms overlook the property would be a good addition! It's a little desolate in comparison to the overall property design.

Perfect romantic stay

Great spot ! Would recommend

Super sweet staff and reception (very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any request) ! The included breakfast is spectacular and has a lot of choices to pick from the night before ! The highlight was however the impeccable view of all of Chania from our room and sunset ! Very glad we stayed there on our honey moon !
