"Wow. Wasn’t expecting this excellent level of service — better than most places we have ever stayed. VIP room wasn’t huge but bed and view and bathroom (fab soaker tub) were top notch. And believe everything you read in reviews about the breakfast buffet. OMG — literally 50 choices Rooftop restaurant and poolside bar were great. And SOOO close to wonderful sights in Heraklion, like the archaeology museum and the ancient technology museum and the Venetian fort. The staff are wonderful too (yes, Jasmine, I’m talking about you. ) "
