"Wow. Wasn’t expecting this excellent level of service — better than most places we have ever stayed. VIP room wasn’t huge but bed and view and bathroom (fab soaker tub) were top notch. And believe everything you read in reviews about the breakfast buffet. OMG — literally 50 choices Rooftop restaurant and poolside bar were great. "Great location in central Heraklion. Room was large but the shower and sink in our room were located in the middle of the room (not a separate bathroom; the toilet is a WC in a separate room).
