"Helpful staff, excellent a/c & refrigerator, TV worked well, dropped off extra towels/soaps when we didn’t ask for service, etc. parking onsite is limited though….but garaged parking available up the street. "

"We enjoyed the Hyatt Regency, and would probably stay again. It is very convenient to all areas of Savannah. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Late one night we watched a crew member use a long pole to clean areas that would probably go unnoticed in most hotels. The walls are a little thin and neighbors can be heard occasionally. Some areas are showing signs of wear and tear, but nothing major (Mirror peeling). Almost $50 a day additional to park is probably excessive but again...
