"Everything was perfect. We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and from the time we checked in to the time we checked out we felt very welcomed in every way possible. The hotel is a great location for everything on river street and within walking distance to most everything else. We had talked about coming back in 2-3 years for another visit to Savannah to see the things we didn’t get to this weekend and this hotel is at the top of our list to stay in again. "

"We enjoyed the Hyatt Regency, and would probably stay again. It is very convenient to all areas of Savannah. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Late one night we watched a crew member use a long pole to clean areas that would probably go unnoticed in most hotels. The walls are a little thin and neighbors can be heard occasionally. Some areas are showing signs of wear and tear, but nothing major (Mirror peeling). Almost $50 a day additional to park is probably excessive but again...
