Staff were always friendly and helpful from providing hot tea on chilly evening to helping navigate the city and historical places. Enjoyed complementary wine and music at 5:30 pm. Hotel is central to everything as we walked to everything. Very charming breakfast room. We will chose Marshall House again.

Really loved our stay here! I was a little concerned having a courtyard room but was on 3rd floor and found it very quiet and pleasant. I’m assuming if you are on second floor you may overlook dining area for morning breakfast. Location can’t be beat!

The Marshall House is a timeless classic in the heart of the historical district. The combination of its old fashioned charm and modern amenities made for a magnificent stay. The location is great but the real gem is the staff, who were always there with a friendly greeting or to answer any questions we had.

The hotel is a beautiful historic site with an abundance of Southern Charm. Excellent service staff whom appear to love their work! The location is in the center of historic Savannah. We walked everywhere, no need to move the car once parked. Valet parking staff are exceptional! I highly recommend!

Unique upscale hotel with old south charm and vibe located in the historic area of Savannah. Staff and amenities were good. Our room was comfortable but had visible signs of wear and tear. Our window view was the HVAC equipment on the building and the windows were very dirty. The breakfast and bar were both very good.

The hotel and staff is amazing! Great location too! Only complaint was the 5:00-6:30 snacks and beverages were advertised as offering 3 different wines. However, no alcoholic beverages were served (although you could purchase in their club in the adjoining room). We were told the hotel was under new management and had to iron out a few wrinkles.

Excellent location in a Historic hotel location. Nice lobby, breakfast room, and dining room. Attractive old hotel with valet parking. Do note though: Air conditioning in the room is very noisy and goes on and off, Although the bathtub is the older deep round style, it's not very set up to take a bath (rusty drain and a non-slip rubber mat inside), and there is no tub and shower and just the tub. This means a very "high" step to get into and out of the tub with a pull around shower curtain which may bother some people.
