"The hotel itself was lovely. The pools, lazy river and hot tub area was especially nice and well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great!! Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities. "Everything was cool except the fact that I couldn’t use my credit card info on my phone, they required a physical card which I don’t carry no more. I just want to ‘tap and go’. Thankfully, I had my debit card with me. Please upgrade."
