We had an excellent stay at WR! Our room was nice and very comfortable. From the Front Desk Check-In, the Concierge, Shuttle Drivers to Support Staff, they were all very friendly and professional. We were there for 3 days while visiting Universal Studios and were less than 10-15 min from the parks.

This property was enormous!! The staff was helpful and there was so much to do. Be aware the Waterpark on property is ALOT EXTRA. that was the only downside. The huge bathtub in room was amazing.

We were not able to use the waterpark or the wave pool because we aren’t members. We literally chose the resort for those amenities alone so the kids were very disappointed. It could’ve been cleaner as well. I’m glad I travel with Lysol wipes and was able to clean. The staff was amazing!

We had a deluxe villa and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very attentive and the location was great. Wholefoods and Walmart was a short drive away from the resort. Would definitely stay there again in the future.
