Property was clean and the pool was nice but guest services / house keeping was horrible. They would come at 4-6pm when we were home , we would tell them to come back later and they just never came back. This happened every single house keeping day (which was every other day) , so we were left with the same towels the entire time despite telling guest services and going to the front desk. They would defer blame and say it was an issue we needed to take up with house keeping .

Our room smelled like smoke and water damage, Chad the operations manager was outstanding, other wise the experience was a 2/10. My wife left her curling iron in the room they changed us out of. It was gone hours after we asked to retrieve it claiming new guests were in the room and security stated it wasnā€™t there.

We always book either a Hilton or Marriott resort property every vacation. This Sheraton Vistana on I-Drive wasn't delivering Marriott standards at all. The worst Fourth of July vacation in twenty years. Let's make a list Room 25401/402 St. Augustin area 1. First night 2 bath tubs dirty dark rings 2. Kitchen area not properly clean 3. Bella main pool wasn't warm- truly COLD and Bella quiet pool too HOT on July 6 4. St. Augustin pool water every time leaving made our skin itchy 5.Supervisor Kevin at Breeze Bar Bella pool added a fake room charge on July 3 for $23 . However I complained about nacho on July 6 after 8 p.m. He removed the nacho charge from my bill. But WOW FAKE CHARGE on July 3 my family was food shopping that day. We arrived July 2!!! 6. Housekeeper service is poor- one lady cleaned both rooms with dirty smelling cloths 7. Stove electric burner took 10 minutes to scramble eggs like WOW 8. Both pull out sofabeds were so so old my kids thought they will get toss towards the wall like Boss Movie. My son slept on the couch without pulling out the cheap mattress. The 2 girls slept with one adult inside room 401 bedroom king size bed. 9. Room 401 bedroom had ants in the bed my daughter got red bumps on her legs 10. We called the front desk to complain everyday during our stay We will never book this location again

Very nice and clean, we have been there twice and will continue to stay there whenever we go to Orlando. It is very close to the outlets, supermarket and Disney Parks, one thing that we really enjoy was that the pools closes at 11:00pm!
