We had a great stay at double tree. Check in was fast and efficient, our room was even ready early so we did not have to store our luggage since we went straight to the parks. The hotel and room was clean/quiet, beds were comfortable. No complaints. We walked home from the parks both nights we stayed until closing and had no problems, about a 15-20 minute walk and it’s a pretty walk! We also took the shuttle one day and that was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The only issue is that the hotels system is down which means no keys. To get in your room, you have to get security to let you in. There are two towers, 14 stories tall, its full, and it's taking up to 40 minutes to get into your room at times. People are just sitting in the hall ways eating dinner, talking with each other, playing games.
