I think the price is a little too high. When I booked in Expedia gave me a price and when I did the checking I was charged more and also I was charged another $50 on top of all that. I could understand why. I tried calling the resort but could never get someone on the phone.

Pool was closed for more than half of are stay. Did not say half of it was closed for construction during check in. Once the pool was opened u had to dry Off an leave the towels. Had to have the kids walk thru the hallways cold.

Water park closed a few hours after check in but it was nice they had a pool open till 10. The bar by the pool was closed the whole stay, dislike. And the breakfast buffet was not that great, I would expect better/more hot food for $20 a person.

I would like to say that our weekend at Coco Key was great checkin was smooth. The room which was poolside was a great location and view. The room itself was ok but the bed had theodt uncomfortable hole in it I literally slept in a hole. I do have to the staff is however on there jobs. I like give a big THANK YOU to Jesse I lost my phone and needed for work. Jesse help look everywhere he didn't stop looking until it was turned in my a guest. Thank you again Jesse!!! This man needs a raise.
