I notified that someone spill in the floor twhen we left the netx day we arrived and the only thing they did was put a caution sign and never cleaned it; i stayed for a whole week and the only thing they did was put that sign which was very uncomfortable cause you had to pass through that hall all the time to get to the rooms. "Stuff are soooo kind the reception just the breakfast isn’t the greatest in having too much options to choose from . The only thing I would say is they have to hire more reception and schedule them during check out and check in time frame .. it’s hard to get a maid to clean your room upon request but over all view and hotel it’s amazing "

"I didn’t like that you cannot buy outright tickets to H2O water park in your resort without having to do a 2hour presentation. As much as I paid for the resort I couldn’t get in the water park that’s sucks my kids were disappointed. "

"This hotel was great. Just stayed one night while waiting to catch a flight in the morning. It is attached to the mall so lots of food options. It was quiet. You did not have a lot of noise from the mall. Pool was very nice."

"I really like staying at Embassy hotels, this one was my second stay in Florida and it was ok, but they can use new furniture in the lobby room sofas looked aged. In the shower there was a smell of mildew that can use attention to, the omelette for breakfast were so so not like the ones they make in San Juan Pr embassy, also I felt bug while sleeping that freaked me out the one night. Overall it was ok. "

"Overall it’s a decent place to stay for the price. Only complaints are that the room was overpowered by the smell of Fabuloso. After so long it started to give us a headache. Also, the window could use some curtains. It was just blinds and the sunlight came through at sunrise. "

"I loved the complementary breakfast they have also complementary happy hour the trip liaison, I guess that’s what you could call her, looked up savings of buy one get one free or buy one get one half, some excursions and/or activities. Overall it was a great experience. Customer Service was great, Rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly. I will be returning for all the reason I listed above."

"The hotel was clean and well run. They have a surprisingly good bar/restaurant. We actually hosted a 2 day conference over the weekend that went off without a hitch."
