"Front desk staff were very unfriendly and not helpful with check in or check out. They wanted you to do it yourself at the kiosk. No info on the pool or the fact there is a $20/day charge for a mini-fridge in your room. Our room had no glasses, and when we asked for them we received styrofoam cups. When we checked out and had a questions on our bill, the front desk person said she was busy with another person (no one else was there), and then proceeded to talk to her coworker and ignore us. Very disappointing experience. Would not stay here again!"

"The self-check in process if frustrating. After traveling for 12 hours I used the self check in kiosk. At the completion of self check in, the kiosk prompted that I would receive text message once my room was prepared. This was at 3:30pm. After waiting several minute, no text message was ever received and I was forced to wait in a long line of guest, all of which were facing the same issue."

"Checking in at 2am was easy and very nice we had a shuttle waiting to bring us to our room. Resort is huge!! Pools are nice, lots of chairs and an abundance of towels available. Kids enjoyed basketball and the pool volleyball net. Large hot tub was also really fun. Dinner at Zimmies was great too!"
