The place is great and the location is awesome. But the staff at the hotel should be more helpful and nice to the people staying there

great location and cleaning service. So cool to allow online purchases packages delivered there for free.

Amazing hostel in a lovely part of Uptown Manhattan that is a stone’s throw away from Central Park and very near a subway station to get to places. The hostel had everything I needed and more!

Pro: Location is amazing, hotel is safe Con: parking as advertised is simply not there (have to do street parking); wi-fi did not reach hotel room on 3rd floor

The rooms were modern and clean but some of the bathrooms were old and dirty. The elevator was very small. However, the location was close to Central Park and a few Metro Stations and there were great restaurants nearby.

It's cheap & very basic - my room was tiny - but clean, friendly & well-run. Hot water dispenser in the lobby so you can save even more money making your own hot drinks & pot noodle meals! Wifi worked fine. In a great area close to SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy and new village area east of Bowery ...

Simple & diversity! I met there many young people from many countries. It's a special experience for me. I hope to go there some day. Thanks

The only thing that the property needs is air conditioning it was very warm in June which I did not expect and just an air conditioning unit in the room they need to install, that's it everything else was very nice!
