10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was very clean and is in a great location! I thought it would feel crowded and that there would be more noise because of the location, but neither was true. The location is a quick walk to the subway and Times Square. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and staff were always visible in the entrance and lobby. We did not add breakfast to our stay, but we did purchase coffee and pastries a couple of times (spent about $30–40 for 4 drinks and 2 pastries). The pastries were delicious and the staff there were super nice! We had a late flight and had no issues leaving our luggage at the hotel at check-out and picking it up before heading to the airport. If I were staying in this area again, I would not hesitate to book here."

"Excellent location! We did experience a problem with our shower and were without hot water for two days. Maintenance did come to the room but the issue was not fixed"
