"The Jewel Hotel is indeed a jewel in the middle of NYC. The staff, especially Erick at Reception are amazing.
The rooms are spotless and beds extremely comfortable. 10 out of 10"
"Great property and great location. We stayed as a family of four with two teenagers and it worked well. I recommend the property and would consider staying again."
"The hotel is older but I really liked the style of it. The price for the location is great. Desk staff were wonderful. We had a room with one king bed and the size was good, room was comfortable and the window AC unit kept up with the 37 degree heat. Not a good hotel if you are planning to have a lot of meals in your room - no fridges/microwaves. We were only there for a few nights so this was not a problem. I will stay here again if I am back in NYC."
