"The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before they stopped trying to come in."

"My daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at The Lotte New York Palace. We were located in such a perfect area, we never had to Uber, we were able to walk everywhere! And we felt so incredibly safe!"

"The staff are wonderful, smiling and helpful. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The gym is great. We worked out everyday. They could do something to improve their refreshment drink and food bar. The location is excellent to Theater district and shops. Right on Times Square. Highly recommend."
