I loved my stay here it was so convenient the metro is legit next to the entrance of the hotel. The staff were super nice ! The guy who checked me in didn’t mind me arriving a little early he still made sure I could get my room and I appreciate him for that so much!! When I go back to New York I will stay here again very comfortable beds too

This hotel is in the best location! Close to the 9/11 Memorial Museum and the Oculus Store. The front desk agents were nice and maintenance. The room and bathroom were super clean!! The only thing annoying was the next-door guests being loud and slamming the door but other than that, a wonderful experience! Definitely coming back!

Rooms are small but cozy. Hotel is close to several subway terminals and a 10min walk from the piers on either side. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is also away from the city buzz which makes sleeping much easier from busier parts of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great overall. Good area for exploring nearby food and attractions. In walking distance to most things and very easy access to the subway. No on site parking which was annoying but a garage less than 3 minutes away. Very clean, friendly staff, and exactly what you need for a place to stay. Only bad thing I would say is the walls/doors are very thin. We could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Front desk staff were so friendly and really welcoming! We were able to check in early in the morning instead of the time we were told (3pm). Also, we were a few minutes late for checkout due to traffic and they were totally understanding and didn't charge a fee! I would start again for sure! Very clean room too!
