We LOVED this hotel. It was the perfect mixture of a large hotel that was close to everything without losing the charm of a boutique. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful and I was very impressed. We will most definitely be staying here again.

The service at the hotel was amazing! All the staff were so polite and helpful. The room was super clean and the room service to clean the room was fantastic. The view of the Empire State Building was also cheery on top of this amazing trip!

We enjoyed how the beds were made each day for us, fresh towels each day, and the complimentary coffee k cups and water bottles restocked each day as well! It was a very nice boutique hotel. Room and bathroom were clean new and great. Its a bit small for 4 adults 2 queen beds for 2 people great Luggage took up space. I would go there again 4 star
