The overall location is fantastic plenty to do in walking distance. The elevator was down a few days out of our stay so it made the whole experience kinda strange but the staff was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I thought the location was awesome, just a 10 minute walk to Times Square, 12 minute walk to the Rockefeller Center and 20 mins to the southern tip of Central Park. The room was clean, the staff are awesome and they have a nice continental breakfast. Great hotel, excellent location.

Citadines Connect was ideally located a short distance from Times Square, Rockefeller Center & St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The hotel was clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel staff argued with several groups (several groups were having the same issue during checkout in as us) that it did not matter and that they would have to pay for the resort fee again. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was the best decision. The hotel is really close to Times Square, but you don't hear all the noise at night. The room was perfect for me since I was traveling alone. In fact, if you're traveling solo (especially as a woman), it's a great option. Another thing I really appreciated was that you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out, then pick it up whenever you want. I highly recommend this hotel!
