It is a newer hotel, the rooms are above standard size and not New York compact size, the service is professional and friendly. "This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer. "
