"We had a pipe explode in the middle of the night and water came gushing out. Called maintenance Wjile he was banging around had to request to be moved to another room. They offered no compensation for the trouble. Discussed with front desk upon check out. Was told we’d be refunded bar fees, destination fees and half of the room charge. Only compensated $95. Would never recommend this hotel. Also charged us for water we did not take. "

"Great stay at Arlo SoHo. The hotel is chic, modern, and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Loved the bar and the open lounge areas for guests to relax or hang out. Convenient location with lots nearby. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean but small room. Great for business travel. No coffee or water or cups in the rooms. "

"Everything was really good! Staff was helpful changed me rooms to the one I had booked. Unfortunately I rooms to not come with microwaves and reception does not have one either. "

"Came to check in around 5pm and my room was not ready and was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until it was, gave them 35 minutes heard nothing and when I returned back to the front desk I was received with hostility and impatience from one particular staff so much so that another staff member had apologized to me on their behalf. I was nothing but respectful and patient and was not received with that same sentiment. But my room was nice and I enjoyed my stay despite it"
