"Amazing location on the border of Little Italy, Chine Town and Soho. The room was big for New York and had a comfortable bed and big walk in shower. Would definitely stay again."

"I had an early flight into the city and even though check in time was 3PM they worked to get me in much earlier. It was much appreciated since I was traveling with my dog. I see a lot of complaints about the room size yet the hotel lists the square footage. The rooms are small but nice. I did opt to upgrade to the suite for part of my stay and it didn’t disappoint. Only feedback I’d give is the rooms could use full length mirrors and grab and go breakfast options (fruit, pastries) for those that...

"Loved this place. Even when the music is blasting in the atrium, there's a clever white noise system in each room to muffle the sound! Staff was above & beyond... when I explained I had scheduled a zoom meeting right at checkout time, they were wonderful about accommodating that. And of course the surrounding area is the best. Would stay at the Roxy again in a heartbeat."

"I liked that the rooms were clean. However, the music downstairs was a bit loud. The lobby was a bit too dark. And they did not have enough bell boys available when I was checking out. The restaurant was very good though. "

"Construction nearby can be heard if youre trying to take an afternoon siesta. Rooms are small whiere the keurig cabinet is located, next to the closet and right uo agabust the side of the bed. I got a room with a balcony which made it a little less claustrauphobic. "

"My stay was great my only issue is that housekeepers needs to make sure the showers are well cleaned as they were murky stuff at the bottom of the shower doors and i used some wipes to way it away "

"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep....

"Moxy NYC East Village was simply fantastic - a supreme oasis in the concrete jungle! We loved our room. The beds were so comfortable and our view of 11th Street from our gigantic windows was perfect! If you visit, take some time to hang out in the lobby - it’s dreamy! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks to all the staff at the Moxy NYC East Village! "
