The team here is extremely attentive and very thorough. They got me checked in swiftly, explaining the amenities and how to access them. My room was clean and the AC worked. During my stay the weather was nice, so I was able to crack the windows open for some fresh air. Additionally, they delivered a tea kettle to my room with tea bags and all. The complimentary breakfast was okay. They had solid oatmeal options, yogurt, and fruits. They had tea and coffee which I didn't try.

The hotel is in great area with lots of dining options. The only downside was the room was much much much smaller than expected. Yes I know it’s NYC but the room was a shoebox with no fridge either
