"Jessy, the front desk attendant was great! She was so helpful with finding us a place to park, and advice on where to visit. Close to all the best sites and ample subways. One block from port authority bus terminal. Hotel accommodations were perfect for us. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Only minor issues were the shower curtain rod wouldn’t stay up and the sink drained slowly. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem. Although the hotel is not spacious, the the architecture and design of both the common spaces and rooms are aesthetically pleasing. There is a strong service orientation and genuine camaraderie among the staff that was evident. They looked for ways to make our time there, pleasurable, easing our way whenever they could."
