Nice clean rooms about the size you’d expect for NYC (i.e., small). Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Only 1 person in our group tried the breakfast. It was very busy even at the “slower” time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Times Square and would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring the city so easy. The staff was lovely, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything about our experience was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the excellent service and convenient location.
