Great place to stay clean, quiet and the price accordingly. Just one detail the pillows are not comfortable, they are too high and hard. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay your visit!

Room was clean and spacious. Property is really nice with wonderful plants and seating areas. Rooms don’t have coffee makers/hot water for tea and at this price point they should but otherwise loved the space and would definitely book again. Bed and pillows were comfy too.

This was the perfect place for our quick overnight stay in Montauk! The rooms were super clean and large and check in was easy. The owner was also extremely hospitable and was able to provide travel toiletries we had forgotten. The outside may look a bit rough around the edges but it honestly was a perfect place for a couple nights stay and newly renovated rooms. Would absolutely stay again!
