Really great hotel in a good location. Only complaint was the pillows were kind of subpar and cheap. I also had a hard time figuring out the heat/cooling system. Otherwise, great!

Transportation is very convenient—the subway is nearby—and the price is relatively affordable. Overall it’s okay. The breakfast selection is quite limited, and if you go late there’s not much left to eat. There are many guests, and the reception area is rather noisy.

Staff was especially wonderful, namely Donna and Emilie. So great to have a big, clean kitchen. Parking is first-come first-serve so that part was the only snag we had; we had to street park until a spot was available. Other than that, a great stay! Amazing view of NYC from our window.

Nice and spacious room. Hit shower, room equipped with mini kitchenette. Free breakfast, 2 min walk to train station. Only downside is the air conditioner was making strange noises, but not bothersome. It's hard to find a great hotel with a big room and get value for money.
