"Wendy was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel and realized that we booked one day late. Wendy helped us with a new reservation, a huge relief to hubby, me and our dog Nala. She was like a friend to us throughout our stay. Just amazing customer service. The hotel facility needs some updates, but the two beds room is spacious and met our needs overall. The location worked for us as we didn’t want to be too close to the beach or town center to avoid the crowds during the pandemic. Everything is about a very short drive by car.
