"Hotel is a little dated but has a great view of the beach. If you choose an ocean view room. Lots of parking. Room is big too, has a kitchen so you don’t need to eat restaurant food every meal. Hand to Surf Style shop that has everything you need. Everything all the fancy hotels have at a bargain rate. What’s not to like"

"Great location on the beach. It’s a nice little 5 min walk to the ocean from the pool or they have golf carts that will drive you out. My only issue is that both of the restaurants were on the inside of the hotel, so they had no windows which was a little bit strange and undesirable for a beach hotel. "

"This was the worst place I ever stayed. The pool was congested with lots of children and it was very loud starting early morning until late at night. I was there 6 nights and could not use the pool once due to being overcrowded with children. The pool bathrooms were very dirty, and toilets overflowing daily. The room was not cleaned the entire time during my stay until my husband complained on day three of the stay that the room needed to be cleaned and we needed more towels to shower. We had to clean the room ourselves, get our own towels, water and toilet paper. For breakfast, my fork was bent and the handle on my coffee cup was cracked. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel was loud until about 2am nightly because the night clubs across the street had bands or music playing every night. The fridge was never cleaned out from the last stay so when I got into the room, someone else’s food was still in the fridge. The toilet paper holder and the towel holder were loose and almost falling off the wall and cabinet. The room I booked was identified as a Gulf View. It was NOT a Gulf view. It was a view of the pool, the parking lot and the loud pool heater. There were palm trees blocking the view creating a partial, loud view of the ocean because we were placed on the fourth floor. I was so upset I tried leaving the first day I arrived but had to stay because there were no other hotels rooms available in the area. So disappointing when you have your heart set on going on vacation. "

"Hotel is located around the corner from the beach, so it was peaceful. Room was very clean, the a/c and dehumidifier worked together to keep the room very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I look forward to coming back again soon."

"View was good (partial) beach front and hotel were Very clean. Staff was attentive and present. WiFi wasn’t good, elevators are very small, and the lighting in the bathroom/vanity were all one switch. Vanity was in the general room area so that light turned on in the sleeping area any time a mid night bathroom trip occurred."
