"The rooms needed to be updated very badly!!! There was no usb plugin to charge a cell-phone. It is 2026 people...cell phone are a must. Drapes did not pull shut all the way. Pool closed at 7pm on a Saturday??? Very nice location. Please invest in your propeety"

"The front desk clerk provided exceptional service and even gave us information of the hotel amenities. But the staff in the bistro and bar that served was rude and provided bad service, I originally paid for 3 adults and 1 child but when it was time to get breakfast they only let us get 2 kids breakfast and 2 adult breakfast. The room itself was clean but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were full of water and no product. I had a problem with the shower handle because it got stuck but the maintenance guy was very kind and respectful. "

Also the pictures make it seem like there may be options for rental chairs on the beach, but there are not. For the price and location right on the beach it works well if you don’t need a ton of amenities. "
