We stayed in one of the recently redone rooms and everything was just amazing. Perfect location with access right to the beach, kid-friendly, easily walkable to John's Pass. Staff are friendly, really nice patio with grill, very safe area. Highly recommend And this will be our normal vacation spot!

I have stayed here twice. I like the old-style Florida beach motel. Can hardly be closer to the beach. Love it here. Robert is great to visit too. Always a pleasure.

The Beach House Hotel is just yards away from the Gulf. It is within walking distance of restaurants and activities. There is a nice balcony and a sitting area on ground level with a grill. Robert is a great property manager, very friendly and helpful We enjoy staying here when we are in Treasure Island.

I loved the property everything you may need is already there. Very clean. The location is so convenient. Yo may go by walking to everywhere, that is what we did. The beach spot is marvelous as well. Definitely we’ll book again in summer!!!!

Short distance to beach | Clean room | Helpful staff The property is a very short distance to the beach and John’s Pass. It was also cozy and the AC was cold. Robert was amazing by giving us several recommendations for things to do in the area and anything we needed. We will be staying here again.

Our room was spotless and nicely remodeled. It was the perfect size for two adults and our 10yo. If you plan to spend much time hanging out in the room, it’s a little small. We spent our time outdoors and it was perfect for showers, getting ready, and sleeping. Robert was welcoming and provided us with local recommendations for restaurants. There were beach toys and chairs that we could use during our stay as well as an outside seating area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas for hanging out or dining. The beach is a very short walk away. I would stay again if we ever revisit the area.

Robert, the manager, was fantastic. Location is great. Right on the beach. Yes, it is small for more than two guests. However, bed was comfortable. Managed to do some cooking for breakfast and dinner. Has pots and pans and utensils for 3 people. Has a hotplate, microwave and fridge. Nice BBQ area. 20 minutes walk to John's Pass. Lots of restaurants and Publix within ,10 minutes drive. Would definately return.
