"Wow! The location of The Arbors Seaside Cottages were outstanding! Being directly on the beach was the perfect way to start and end the day! Once we got settled in, we never had to drive anywhere! It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants across the street! The pool and the pavilion were among our favorite things on the property!"

"My brother and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the location was great. My only disappointment was with the very weak shower water pressure. The bathroom had been updated, including a beautiful shower. But the shower itself had very week water pressure. Overall I would recommend the unit but the water pressure issue needs to be addressed. If that is addressed we would definitely consider staying again."

"This little gem tucked away behind palms is a great option to overpriced hotel rooms. The pool was immaculate along with the rooms. We are definitely coming back. Management was on point with correspondence when communicating with them. 10 out of 10"

"We loved this little place. Two bedrooms were excellent with in room a/c and fans to keep us cool, the bathroom is dated, but worked for us. We loved the little pool, the short walk to beach, the ease of parking and being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We cooked and I made lemon caper chicken with relative ease using the provided cookware. They could add some more utensils and cups, but I assumed it’s hard to keep it stocked. We will absolutely come again."

"Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future."

"Beautifully updated, very clean cottage. On the small side, but the floor plan is laid out well and was enough space for our family of four. Kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. Nice, quiet area with a short 4 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated all the beach supplies and outdoor shower. Easy check in/out. Highly recommend!"

"This rental is right next to the beach and is very cute. The bed is super comfy and there are doors out to a nice patio next to bed. The bathrooms are clean and new. The two floors are connected by spiral stairs so be aware if you have little kids or mobility issues. The kitchen is cute but small and has the basics but not set up for making in depth meals. There is no rental guide book so we had to contact the owner a number of times via texts with various questions but he was very responsive....

"Very cute little apartment and was a good size for my two adult daughters and I to enjoy a 'girls weekend'. Parking was generous, the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We shared the one bathroom and the water pressure was just fine (another reviewer mentioned having a problem). The outside stairs were pretty dark when we returned at night but our handy phone-light helped! My daughters run every day and they felt safe running through the neighborhood in the evening and...

"Super cozy cottage perfect for our group. Kitchen was equipped well. Great location, super quick “walk” to public beach access. Close to Kooky Coconut for lunch and icecream. Only criticism would be the water pressure in the bathroom shower was interesting, if wanting a warm/hot shower then expect less than ideal pressure and would have benefitted with having a full size trash can in the kitchen since we were cooking and utilizing the appliances. Overall great stay though!"

"We really enjoyed staying, just for one night, in this home. The beach lovers enjoyed the beach. The weather could have been more cooperative, but, that's mother nature. You never know what you will get. Overall, nice place to stay. As far as telling people to wash there dish items is fine, but you really need to tell your cleaing service to check to make sure they have cleaned them. Some of the coffee cups had to be washed before they could be used and 1 coffee pot was very dirty. It is clean...

"The weather cooperated very nicely. We were able to go to many of the restaurants and entertainment just by walking. John's pass is a fun place to go shopping, eating and of course people watching. Our dog enjoyed herself too. We took her with us many times. The area is very dog friendly. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely too. Just wish we had an ocean view. The host Debbie is the best , friendly and available when needed. She is very easy to talk to. We will be back for years to come."

"We loved our stay here. It’s close to the beach and near great places to eat. It’s also near other attractions such as Clearwater Aquarium. Check-in was a simple self-service, and the property manager was very responsive. Great place!"
