"Let me start by saying we were very excited to stay near the beach and the place is within walking distance which was great. As soon as we arrived to our cottage they were workers putting bricks for the days we were day which was very dusty noise and we couldn't sit to relax in the back their was no jacuzzi and are car was blocked from the workers not once did she come to say hi or sto see if we needed anything wouldn't not come here and inside i was cut with nails .light switch were missing...

Luxury 3 BR w/ Bonus Room, 2100 sq ft. Condo - HOME-AWAY FROM-THE-HOME OFFICE

"Overall, this condo was a great place for a family. The large open living room space made a quiet evening time enjoyable. The patio was a nice place to set and enjoy but it could get a little noisy due to street noise.There were some oddities with the rental that while outside the owners direct control we did not feel that we received timely communication about the pool being closed due to repairs. The pool was closed the first day we were there of a three day stay, Although the owners offered to refund our stay it was too late to make other arrangements. Other guests stated that the pool had been closed for the two weeks they were there, this also perverted us from accessing the beach items the owners supplied that were locked in the storage closet. On site management refused to let us access this area.The house is very well stocked but be prepared to have to buy basics like toilet paper and garbage bags."

"Our room was nice, it was a bit dusty but overall it was clean. The bed was uncomfortable but overall it was fine. The amenities are what sealed the deal for us right next to a small water park with a lazy river and some slides. And it has a separate pool area that was quiet if you didn’t want to go to the water park area. The bars and food were good. And it was a couple blocks from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. the staff were lovely."

"Home was beautiful and in a great location. Home was equipped with everything you could ask for and all high end products. The house and amenities were so nice that we hardly left the place which is exactly what our plan was for this trip. We had 28 people and it was very very comfortable."

"Wonderful stay. This is an older beach house but the location to the beach was top notch. The pool was great. Overall we had a great stay. There were some complaints about the doors (inside and outside) not opening and closing well, the dishwasher falls out of the cupboard, the air conditioning was so so (got hot in some of the bedrooms at night requiring use of multiple fans which were in the closets for guest use) and a few of the beds (in the rooms with multiple beds) were uncomfortably hard/worn. The kitchen was lacking some cookware (baking sheets, small bowls) and the house could have used a few more towels (bath & kitchen). The views were absolutely stunning and you could see the beautiful sunset from 3 different deck levels. There was a closet of beach and pool toys. I cannot say enough about the pool, location to the beach, and the views at this property. This property also had plenty of seating on its multiple decks. Perfect for group vacations. We had no issues during our stay requiring us to urgently contact the host but the host was easily available and responsive during check in and check out. The cleaning/maintenance staff were there when we arrived and they were very friendly to us. We would definitely return to this property."
