This was a great place for a quick getaway. The proximity to the beach is so convenient! The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Located on a quiet street but close enough to walk to Pier 60, shopping, and restaurants. Definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect tiny house so close to the beach

Very clean and perfect for a getaway to Clearwater. Close enough to beach and easy walk to town. Quiet street and beach was never too busy because it’s north of most hotels.

Wonderful stay at this very cute cottage. Very short walk to the beach and sunsets were amazing! Loved my stay here and will be back! I was glad that I had a car… restaurants were close, but in the heat it was a further walk than I wanted.

This is a lovely, clean cottage and the location is perfect. The beach is about 50 yds away.

Having lived in Clearwater, I looked for a place to stay just north of the shops and restaurants on Mandalay Blvd., the main area of Clearwater Beach. This idyllic cottage was exactly where I wanted to be…and walking distance to Frenchy’s original beach bar/restaurant. So, great location, great plan to stay!

Very well located property within easy walking distance to the beach and to downtown. Also in a residential neighborhood well suited for walking or running. The kitchen area served us well for meal preparations. This id our second stay at this property and we look forward to our third stay!!

We had a great visit in Clearwater at this cottage. Great location in that it was a bit away from the busier parts of town yet easily walkable to bars, restaurants etc. Only a 1 minute walk to beautiful beach. Mary was a great host. Cottage had everything needed and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Great unit close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

We love this rental. Super convenient location, just a short Lyft ride from the Tampa airport. We don’t even rent a car because we can walk to everything. Another plus is that they provide all your beach supplies from towels to beach chairs. This was our fourth year at this same rental and we will definitely be back next summer.

Perfect!

This cottage was the perfect location, and the perfect size for me and my two kids to have a little getaway! Far enough from the big resorts to have room to breathe on the beach, but close enough to walk into the center of it all if you need the action. It was comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected.

We loved our stay here! Such a prime location for anyone looking to be close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We walked 10 miles every day of our stay. There is so much to see and do. Mary was a wonderful, gracious host and very communicative. The bungalow was perfectly stocked and clean, and we appreciated the little extras like access to beach umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys. We will definitely book here again!!

Clean and peaceful VRBO

Easy access to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We had Hulu available to watch movies. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Easy access to several restaurants with live music. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Bungalow stay

We have been in this area for 5 years renting. Unable to rent our usual place do to ? changes in ownership. The rental was perfect for beach access, that’s why we rent this area. The bungalow needs a full length mirror, more beach decorations. Overall a great stay.
