With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool and room for up to 12 guests, this inviting home is well suited for family vacations, reunions, corporate stays and extended beach getaways.



Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and located within walking distance of the sand, Coconut Beach House offers the space and amenities needed for a relaxing Clearwater Beach stay.



Open Living, Dining and Gourmet Kitchen



Upon entering the home, guests will find a comfortable living room and dining area designed for relaxing and spending time together.



The large open kitchen includes a breakfast area and is fully equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay. The home’s split floor plan provides a spacious layout for groups while maintaining a comfortable sense of privacy.



Additional conveniences include WiFi, linens and a laundry room.



Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements



Coconut Beach House offers four bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living area:



Primary bedroom: King-size bed

Optional pool heat is available from October through April, adding extra comfort during cooler months.

The majority of the group must be over age 25 unless the reservation is for a family
