"Very nice and small property built around a swimming pool. Reminded me of some places we stopped when I was a kid in the 70's, but updated with a fantastic pool area and great front desk staff and amazing cleaning staff. This is a place I would go back to any time I am in the area. The only (very small) negative thing for me was that the bed was super firm, but I still slept good enough."

"Last minute trip to take my grandson to the beach in water park at Indian rocks the hotel is very comfortable clean wonderful location close to shops restaurants and the water park right next door was a big hit with my grandson would definitely come back and stay here again . "Nice very clean cozy beach place. Dog friendly unit ( beach was not dog friendly) No roads to cross, walk out to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs to use. Hard to find, GPS sent us around in circles, but once you find it you’ll be glad you did. "

"The key lime cottage was one of our favorite rentals.So, wonderful to be on the intercoastal and then walk to the beach one block away.My husband fished off the dock. We were able to walk around the area. Three restaurants behind the cottage with great menus. Beds comfy. We will be back next year.This is a gem of a rental."

"Loved the close access to the beach and the ability to walk around the area. Grateful for the beach amenities and all of the recommendations left by the hosts. The hosts were excellent and responsive, we couldn’t find a cooler that was listed and they had another one dropped off within 15 minutes. Loved the area and we will hopefully be back when we can stay longer."
