"So many of the VRBOs have been taken over by 3rd party companies and those stays become more of a hassle with long lists of things that a guest is required to do and more than a half of roll of toilet paper is something guests have to provide. Denise makes it easy by providing so many extras that make such a big difference - basic pantry supplies (IE: spices, coffee filters, oils, etc.), beach towels, extra sheet sets, beach chairs, etc. The unit was clean and the view of the beach is spectacular. Close to many restaurants and a walmart for groceries is within 2 miles. "

"Every was eonderful. The condo was very nice. The view of the ocean was magnificent. The sunsets were amazing. The access to the beach was so close. The amenities were fantastic. Beautiful place to vacation for the older traveler definitely more suited to the more mature set. "

"This was our second stay at this lovely condo, which has become our very favorite getaway spot. The location is an absolute gem, being directly across the street from the beach and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood toward the end of the key. We appreciate the condo being dog-friendly so that we can bring our pup, and the condo itself is so clean and comfortable with pretty coastal decor (I love the dolphin greeting you at the entrance and the Treasure Island themed bathroom, so fun!) We could have easily sat on the balcony all week just watching the ocean for manatees and dolphins. We can’t wait for our next stay, and thank you for another perfect trip!!"

"Excellent location. Just a few small things in regards to the condo. The front door didn't lock when we went out and the sliding doors didn't lock either The property did have the second hottub working either. Other than that everything was fine. "
