"Unfortunately, when we were there, only one of the three restaurants was open. We had an issue whereby our room was not ready on time which delayed our start of enjoying our vacation. The front desk was very apologetic and supportive while we were waiting. The servers at Rum Runners were all excellent, as was the food."

"The rooms were clean, and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that if you had more than 2 people then you had to rent beach chairs & umbrellas. I think that if you are paying for 4 people to stay at the resort then you should be able to get 4 beach chairs and umbrellas without paying an extra fee everyday. We teens ordered room service twice and it was excellent!!"

"We had an amazing experience staying at the grand at the island grand at tradewinds. From our check in and welcome to the checkout and everything in between was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. The room and the grounds were clean and well maintained. There are tons of food options and activities on the property as well as a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to come back soon."
